Black Coffee is a famous South African DJ
This is the official video of Jerusalema, a song by South African producer Master KG featuring Nomcebo that has become famous around the world in early 2021.
The Ndlovu Youth Choir was born out of a childcare programme established by the NGO Ndlovu Care Group in Moutse in rural Limpopo in 2009.
In 2018 they recorded a video of a cover version of Ed Sheeran’s hit song Shape of You in the isiZulu language. The video went viral and they got scouted for America’s Got Talent, where they reached the finals. They have since earned worldwide recognition.

FINE ART
This is Esther “Gogo” Mahlangu. She is believed to be the most important Ndebele artist working today.
When Esther was 10 years old her mother and grandmother taught to her to paint and she underwent the traditional Ndebele practice.
During this period, young women are taught the traditional craft of beadwork. Esther Mahlangu has since become an expert in the traditional Ndebele art of wall painting in South Africa.
Ndebele is an art form traditionally only done by women on special occasions.
Her early lessons have eventually helped her artistic career and until today, Esther remains true to the Ndebele traditions because she doesn’t want them to vanish.

These are the Union Buildings in South Africa’s capital Pretoria.
The buildings are a national heritage site.
The Union Buildings house the offices of the President of South Africa and are also the seat of the South African Government.
The construction of the Union Buildings started around 1910 and was completed in 1913. They were designed by British architect Sir Herbert Baker.
Today, they are a national heritage site.

I got an opportunity to volunteer in Germany and that was when I met Sonja (GNG Berlin) and decided to work with her full time. I worked with her in youth development programs and we have built a healthy relationship ever since.
