Who is Samuel Eto'o ?
Samuel Eto’o Fils is a former Cameroonian footballer. He was born on 10 March 1981 in Douala.
Eto’o was mainly used as a striker and was voted African Footballer of the Year four times.
Samuel Eto’o also played for the Cameroon national team. At the Sydney Olympics in 2000, he won gold with the Indomitable Lions – the Cameroonian national team. He also won the Africa Cup twice with the national team and participated in four World Cups.
He has won the Champions League and the Triple twice in a row with FC Barcelona and Inter Milan. Eto’o is one of the best strikers to have played for a European football club.
In total, he scored 56 goals in 118 international matches.
He ended his career as a footballer in 2019.

As part of my voluntary work, I conduct empowerment seminars for women and refugees. In addition, I give workshops for children and young people in which I present, for example, the different areas of everyday life in Cameroon.
